The National Beach Access Policy

The public beach access are designated under the law for the use and enjoyment for the people of the Turks and Caicos Islands. These beaches are governed by beach licences issued under the National Parks Regulations. There are several beach access which are publicly accessible over the years but have not been officially designated as public beach accesses. This layer has been created as an output from the survey conducted in 2019 and contains 227 beach access identified and checked during this survey.

This dataset is restricted to the government departments.
